All Reiki treatments are possible in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
IN-PERSON REIKI
A Reiki treatment is a gentle and restorative experience that promotes deep relaxation and balance. During a session, I channel universal energy through my hands, either by lightly placing them on the body or working just above it. This energy flows where it’s needed, supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and restore harmony. Each session is unique, but the goal is always the same—to bring relaxation, clarity, and a renewed sense of well-being.
It is a gentle and non-invasive practice.

Each session begins with a 10-minute consultation, where we take time to connect, discuss your needs, and go over what to expect.
During the Reiki treatment, you’ll lie comfortably on the treatment table, fully clothed and covered with a blanket. With gentle hand placements over and slightly above different areas of your body, I will guide the flow of Reiki energy to support your healing and well-being.
After the session, we’ll have a 10-minute follow-up to reflect on your experience and share any insights.

Distance doesn’t limit energy—it moves freely, beyond time and space, reaching wherever it’s needed in an instant. Reiki works with this pure, universal energy, the life force that connects everything. With clear intention and traditional techniques, healing energy can be shared effortlessly—whether you’re in the same room or on the other side of the world.

We'll begin with a friendly video call to connect and set the intention for your session.
Then, you'll settle into a cozy spot—wherever feels right for you. I recommend creating a peaceful atmosphere with candles or meaningful objects like crystals or natural elements. If you'd like, I can suggest calming music to accompany your experience. Just make sure you're in a place where you won’t be disturbed during the session.
Once you’re comfortable, I’ll begin sending Reiki energy while you simply relax and receive.
After the session, I’ll share any insights that came through, and you're welcome to share your experience as well, if you’d like.

crystal reiki
Reiki sessions incorporating carefully chosen crystals as part of the treatment, with their qualities used to complement the intention and healing qualities of the session. A gentle invitation to slow down, settle into the body and create space for deep rest and inner listening.

Your session begins with a short conversation about how you are feeling and what you would like to receive from the experience.
You will then lie down fully clothed in a peaceful, comfortable setting. I will select specific crystals and prepare them with Reiki before placing them on or around your body. Throughout the session, Reiki is offered through gentle touch or hands held just above the body, while the crystals remain in place to complement and enhance the energy work.
The session is quiet, restorative, and deeply relaxing. You may notice warmth, subtle sensations, emotions, mental clarity, or simply a profound sense of peace and being supported.
At the end, we take a few moments to gently return and, if you wish, reflect on your experience.

Developed to bring back the safety of being held, gentle touch is centered around stimulation of energy flow along meridian lines and main energy points, helping bring awareness back to the body and invites a shift from alertness into a deeper state of rest.
